Missing 1989 Transcripts

This will be updated, but in the meantime, no one has been able to produce the 1989 transcripts from my hearing before a three judge panel. This hearing proved my 1979 attorney acted more like a prosecuting attorney than a defense attorney, thus relieving me from the death penalty. None of my attorneys nor my family has been able to access my ’89 transcripts. Why are they missing? How can the courts continue to dismiss my requests?

I have filed request upon request and still no transcripts from 1989.
