Currently, Steve was denied a copy of his 1989 transcripts. He has asked numerous attorneys to get a copy and no one has been able to retrieve them from the court.  We believe the reason is no transcripts exist. If this is the case, Steve Olausen should be granted a new trial. Can someone explain how the courts have denied him his transcripts since 1989? Why can’t they produce them?

A few years ago, Steve requested a copy of a remittitur that he had no knowledge of. When he was given a copy by the D.A., it had names marked through it. It was defaced, but the D.A. was allowed to produce this as a legal document. How can this be legal? How can the judge allow for this injustice to occur?
